We got to work with Fallyn at several styled shoots when she brought gowns from Joann’s Bridal. So when we got a phone call that she was just engaged, and she didn’t want anyone else to photograph her wedding day…. we. were. honored. To have a fellow vendor choose us, when they have worked with so many other amazing people is humbling and exciting. Funnily enough, Fallyn also met Aaron through the bridal shop, when the owner set her up on a date with her friend Aaron. After dating for a while, and realizing she was the one for him, Aaron carefully planned his proposal at Pinnacle overlook during a weekend visit to see him while he was attending medical school in Tennessee. As they admired the view, Aaron asked her if she could get used to such early mornings. When she turned to face him, he was down on one knee and popped the question.
“I was snot-faced, boohooing excited and told him ‘yes’ a million times,” Fallyn said. “It was such a sweet moment. More than I could’ve ever hoped it to be. Just us two, surrounded by foggy mountains and the most beautiful sunrise. It was my real life fairytale moment.”
Nashville is one of our favorite cities, and getting to be there to capture Fallyn & Aaron’s (ridiculously) stylish wedding was absolutely amazing. The city view across the river from their venue was the perfect backdrop, and every little detail was lovely! Check it out!
