James and Sanaz… or Jim & Ozzy as their friends and family know them, were married last week at Balboa Park’s Japanese Friendship Garden in San Diego. The bridal party got ready at the Manchester Grand Hyatt downtown and the couple took advantage of the spectacular views from the towering balcony high above the Bay. As always, San Diego rolled out perfect weather for the entire day. Sunny and breezy, and not too chilly when the sun dipped down shortly after their ceremony. With the cherry blossoms in bloom and glitter and lace touches on all their tables, this elegant soiree kicked off with cocktails and dancing. Trendee Flowers knocked it out of the park with the stunning florals, including a brand new rose variety. Her ceremony garland backdrop was nothing short of gorgeous! Curiosity Catering cooked up the freshest meal with local, seasonal and organic ingredients. The dessert table overflowed with lemon bars, cakes and baklava. These two were joined by lifelong friends and a blending of family that you could tell was very close knit (even across the aisle). Sanaz & Jim we wish you a lifetime of love and laughter!
