Palm Springs Wedding | Jennifer & Jeff

There is the heat of Love, the lover’s whisper, irresistible—magic to make the sanest man go mad.” -Homer

July in Palm Springs is hot, but not nearly as hot as Jennifer and Jeff. Palm Springs was their getaway spot, and now it holds the memories of their wedding. Casa Cody is a beautiful, historic hotel with a hacienda the bride and groom used to get ready in and enough space for their families and friends to spend a couple of days celebrating with the newlyweds. Everyone staying on the property was a wedding guest, how amazing it was to have the entire place just for their wedding. Jeff kept it simple with a light weight tangerine shirt and grey slacks. Just enough flair for Palm Springs, and Jennifer’s grandmother’s rosary wrapped around her bouquet was a touching reminder of those who were “joining in spirit.” Jennifer made the paper flower garland for their ceremony altar, and the matching flowers for their tables. Sparkly gold table numbers were the perfect pairing to the candle-filled mason jars and there was plenty of Sangria and cervezas to go around. No party in the desert would be complete without personalized beer coozies to keep the beverages chilled. The best part of the reception was the impromptu Backstreet Boys karaoke rendition by the groom! Perfect stance at the end there Jeff! Backstreet’s Back alright!
