Monica and Steven share a lot of family history in that their parents grew up in the same Parish.. on the same street. They were introduced through a mutual friend at their church, and realized quickly that they shared many other things like a love of Disney. They made sure to take a photo in front of the same building Monica’s grandparents stood in front of their wedding day so many years ago. We were originally booked for a June wedding, but due to some renovation plans at their church the date was moved to January instead. During one of the coldest weeks of the winter Monica and Steven said their own marriage vows in a church that has sheltered generations of their families.
Their reception followed at the Calamigos Equestrian Center in Griffith Park in Burbank. Their Disney love made an appearance in their cake and vintage Disneyland ride posters for table assignments. Monica and Steven. Some of their priests went all the way to Club 33 the day before the wedding to pick up little Mickey and Minnie desserts that served as cake toppers for the couple.
